Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING
All orders over $39 ship free within the United States and Canada. Orders under $39 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (US and Canada): 5 to 12 business days after processing.
Express Shipping (US only): 3 to 6 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or weather. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@miraved.store and we will investigate immediately.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
