Not satisfied? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN
Email hello@miraved.store with your order number. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned within 30 days, unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged or wrong item? Email hello@miraved.store with photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost, including free return shipping.

EXCHANGES
Want a different product? Email us and we will arrange it. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
